I need a lightweight caffeine source to take hiking or fishing, so, do these melt in the heat or merely soften?

I have taken these bars on hot tennis courts and on long mountain bike rides over the summer and I have not had a problem with them melting. They get softer but taste just as great.

I’m kinda sensitive to caffeine, however need a energy boost during the afternoon, how many milligrams of caffeine do these squares/serving have?

Each bar has 100mg (equal to a cup of coffee) of natural caffeine which comes from organic green coffee beans. And even though the natural caffeine is derived from organic coffee, only the Caffe Mocha has a coffee taste!

How much sugar do they have

This varies slightly per bar. Ranging from 10g - 11g total sugars per bar.

How can I get a replacement box? I just brought the package in (awesome quick delivery) and the box was opened, and a bar was missing.

My box fell apart when I received it, fortunately nothing was missing though. I would suggest when it arrives like this, you reach out to do a return where you should be able to say what was wrong.
