Which tastes better -- tukey or beef?

Like the turkey..haven’t tried the beef. I get the turkey chumps.....the sodium, fat & sat fat very low. The best of the jerky types...when you compare dietary guidelines

How are these preserves?

First of all, there are NO "preservatives" in the CHOMPS Mini's. They are 100% natural, grass-fed beef sticks (dee-lish, BTW, IMO). They are packaged, however, in a "vaccum-sealed" type of plastic wrap which allows for some storage "shelf life." I have been slowly eating my way through my first order of them and I am entirely satisfied. I took them along on a motorcycle tour-trip recently as travel snacks, and they were subject to various temperature variations, but I had NO problem with spoilage of any kind...of course, once the individual sticks are opened, they would have to be eaten. Hope that helps!
