Pro Evolution Soccer 6 Platinum (PS2)

Bought this for my son having read reviews suggesting it is one of the best soccer games on PS2. Whilst I have nothing to compare it with, he loves it and is able to navigate around to choose his favourite team (Barcelona) and play against his mate or the computer. Lots of different levels so anyone can play.

If only you had the rights! If this game had the correct kits, player names,team names and stadiums it would be leagues ahead of fifa. However it falls level because there is so much to do, but none of it feels like your managing your favourite club or winning the trebble, this could be amazing. Although, if you don't care about authenticity, just about playing football, then you'll have a good laugh with this gameplay.

Awesome game to start off with! but i payed like £20 for this and i also own PES 4, which both overlooking, seem exactly the same, all the difference is, you get sponsers on shirts etc.. im not saying at all: go change to fifa. but if u dont like spending loads of money, get Pro evo 4 cos its exactly the same gameplay and graphics, it just has a little difference. But otherwise its a great game, and much preferred gameplay to fifa, a very solid gameplay which can lead you to play hours on end. Very good game, had lots of fun and so much better than fifa because of the insane gameplay!!
