Bio Cultures Complex 60 Billion CFU, 180 Vegan Capsules

I read about this in a Womans Magazine, Chat. A lady had had stomach problems for ,many years and she read about this product and decided to try it. I read her article and decided to try it myself as she was praising it for sorting out her tummy problems. It has done the trick with me too.

I had read a lot about gut health in regards to helping acne sufferers. As mine was pretty bad I decided to buy this product (due to the high content of CFU cultures) and it was still a fairly reasonable price. I have been taking these prebiotics for a month now (along side Vitamin A, DIM vitamins and Vitamin D and magnesium) I have seen a MASSIVE improvement in my skin all over. I would highly recommend this product. It has also made me feel good inside as well as on the outside. Really easy to swallow and almost no taste to them. Must buy!

Early days yet for using this product so difficult to review. Easy to swallow and not had any problems or side effects.Reasonably priced and product was delivered quickly.

Does what the label advertise

I swapped to this brand for the first time around 6 weeks ago. After using other brands for around 3 years I have never been ill until now.This is the first cold I have had in 3 years and it is a bad one.I gave 3 stars as they did honour their money back guarantee.

Good amount of capsules, easy to swallow, it says 60 billion cfu/g, it takes 4 capsules to weigh a gram so each capsule is 15 billion cfu, each strain amount is not indicated but after a bit of research they appear to be very good strains2 a day works well for me,these were purchased to resolve some digestive issues which currently is really helping

For over 6 years I had to take a low dose of antbiotics, until I had an operation that sorted things out. But after the operation my health plummeted and I had many severe colds. I researched the reason why and realised that antibiotics destry your gut bacteria so started taking probiotics to replace the bacteria lost. Now if you can it is better to eat prebiotics, but due to severe IBS I am not able to do that - so probiotics is my way of dealing with gut issues. I haven't had a cold, or any form of infection since I started taking Probiotics 5 years ago - I have only recently started taking this formula because I felt they gave me a wider range - in my previous probiotics I only had two strains of bacteria now I am taking 9 different strains. Very happy with the product and have started my husband on them because he is on a low dose of antibiotic at present. We are elderly octagenerians and the less we need to seek medical advice the better.
