Great product! It does its job as I expected. Simple plug and play. Tech support is located in Miami, FL I called for few questions I had because there are few extra parts I didn’t expect. They told me it’s all spare parts for future use. Great service! I’ll be buying from this company with all my needs as my company grow. I highly recommend any one who’s looking for this type of product. Worth every penny. It saved us tons of time and extra labor costs.

Had this machine in a small kitchen for several years now. Used to seal maybe 90 bags a week during an hour production run. Tension rollers on the large feed belt broke after less than 3 years (plastic molded bearing caps just disintegrated. Typical of Chinese non-virgin plastic overheated to speed up injection molding production. Machine may not have been made in China but parts are consistent with Chinese quality.) Company wants over $100 a set for replacement parts. Had to start using it as a hand fed horizontal feeder. Feed alignment bar sticks out the end and is only held on by one, small spot weld. Moving the machine from shelf to production and back was always a delicate task to not grab, bump or snag that bar. Broke off several times and used various methods (short of re-welding) to reattach. Now just doing without. Panel rocker switches are all coming apart. Temperature control no longer works consistently. This machine is used only by the owner and has not been abused. This is marketed as a high quality Western product. NOT. I hate buying Chinese but going to buy 2 Chinese machines with date stamps for less than one of these and just use one for parts if we need it. Disappointed? Absolutely.
