The 35' do not come with poles. Why wouldn't this company say that on their product page? The 45' doesn't even have poles. You have to hang it. Why wouldn't the company say that? I had to keep the 45' version I ordered that I couldn't use. The instructions are very, very poor. The poles go up easy enough once you figure out you need to order them The net is more difficult to figure especially based on the instructions. They are almost childlike. I believe they are located in England. I Couldn't get a hold of them after late morning PDT. Don't get the wrong size, with what it will cost to ship it, its not worth the return. The product is actually heavy duty.
