It took a few weeks before I tried it. My mind is clearer (I have low bone density & Dementia pain related. — Fibromyalgia x 17 yrs I go to sleep as soon as I lie down. I am very pleased. You can actually feel the difference this supplement makes! I absolutely love it! However, I’m not the worlds best pill taker to begin with and these pills are quite large for me. So these pills are difficult for me to take. If this isn’t an issue for you-I would highly recommend this product!

This product is on my subscribe and save and I take it on a daily basis with never having had a bad experience. However, my most recent shipment was rancid. The entire bottle smells like rancid fish. It's so bad that I can't even swallow the supplement because of the smell. Either it is a bad batch or the formulation has changed. I will try ordering from a different vendor and if I still have the same issue, discontinue use of this brand. I tried to return and discovered that this is not a returnable item so I guess the bottle and the money spent is going into the trash. Update: wanted to provide update that the vendor gave me a full refund based on my negative experience. Their prompt response is much appreciated. Changing my rating in response to the great customer service and previous experiences with them. Thanks.

This is a good buy for Krill at this dosage. The pills are a little bigger due to the dosage but still pretty easy to swallow.

You get what you pay for and this is worth it. I did a lot of research and I trust Bulletproof brand. They make quality products and I take some of their other supplements as well. Was looking for a Omega-fish oil supplement with ingredients I can trust, with EPA, DHA and GLA... saw Bulletproof had one, so I purchased. It's exactly as I expected, great quality and have had great results.

I have been taking this supplement for 3 months now and after having my blood work done found that it really increased my blood serum omega 3 levels. Unfortunately, it also raised my mercury levels from 3.7 ng/mL to almost 14 ng/mL. Anything over 10 is considered abnormal and dangerous. I contacted the manufacturer asking for third party testing data and they refused to provide it, telling me that data is "proprietary." Why would any company not share data if they were not trying to hide something. This leads me to believe that they are using mainly fish oil in their product and very little krill or herring roe oil. Fish oil is full of mercury, since the oceans are so contaminated. I originally chose this product because I trusted the company. Not anymore. I do not recommend this product, in fact I warn against buying it at all.
