I purchased this after reading the reviews. I was impressed by the quality and the number of different mushroom varieties. I was hoping for a lessening in the inflammation in my body, but I do feel less anxious and sleeping better. I'll continue to take with hopes that in time, the inflammation will decrease.

I started taking these about 7months ago and I can tell the days I don't take them because they give me energy and help me stay focused on whatever task I'm working on. Its a great product.

This is a very good product because of the quality. It's hard to find a mushroom complex that has quality (not mostly fillers) and this one does the job. It's a bit pricey tho. The directions say to take 2 caps 1x a day, but there's only 30 in the bottle. You'd have to get two bottles if you were to follow that protocol. I just take 1 a day. Really boosts immune system, which is something I think is very important since there are so many kinds of sickness and flu out there; for that I recommend mushroom complex all year round.

I have done some research about the mushroom supplements and I have to say, this product is very impresssive! The ingredients are real, expensive and looks like this company is not cutting any corners.. Keep up the good job HCL! Mushrooms are great for the immune system and there’s tons of other health benefits, but only if the quality is right. So far I’m going to stick with this one for sure.

Did nothing for me. I took these with my Metformin, in hopes of improving my a1c as I had read some studies indicating that certain mushrooms have shown promise for type 2 diabetics. My last test results showed my a1c was the highest it's ever been since I started taking Metformin years ago. That could be because my diabetes has progressed or these supplements somehow interfered with the Metformin. In either case, they didn't help so I tossed the remainder in the trash.

I spent a lot of time looking at various mushroom supplements and I think these are the best. A good selection of different types of mushrooms, no fillers or additives, and processed for best bioavailability. A little more expensive than some, but I think they are worth it.

Another great product by HCL! I take one capsule every morning once I wake. The mushrooms leave me feeling clear headed, energized, and focused. I recommend!

I was super excited to try these. I wanted them to boost my energy and help me feel better in general. Unfortunately, I didn't notice any difference.
