I add it to My morning smoothies. Frankly don’t know if it helps or not, but I feel good about the contents and know that I’m putting something worthwhile to add in my smoothie.

I ordered this brand when my regular product was not available and it works great. It has a good mix of seeds and is fresh.

The product was fresh and tastes good. I add it to whatever it will stick to for fiber in my diet. It's terrific on peanut butter sandwiches, sprinkled on cottage cheese, and tossed on a salad. Very nice way to get nutrients. Buy it, it's worth it.

Delicious, great value for the money

Delivery was great. The seeds come in a nice sturdy container. I love the nutty taste of these seeds and believe they add to a healthy diet. I like to add them to my cereal or sprinkle them on peanut butter toast.
