This is the perfect ledger book!! When I ordered this I didn't know it was a hard-cover but noticing that upon arrival only made it that much better because now I don't have to worry about the outside getting worn down easily. There is nothing written in here which sold me on it; I was becoming frustrated at only finding ledger books made more for budgeting that already said things above the lines like 'Utilities', 'Mortgage' & 'Groceries'... not things I need to keep track of. I only wanted to be able to keep track of my vehicle payments but I'm crazy OCD about HOW I want to do it. This book provides every ounce of wiggle room for that with blank lining. Delivery was VERY fast (I put the order for this ledger book in Thursday of last wk & got it today; Monday!). Extremely affordable price for the quality of product. I would highly recommend this ledger to anyone that wants to create their own budget or tracking records!! VERY SATISFIED!!!!! :-)

This is an inexpensive book that I use as a diary. I know, there are electronic alternatives (like Bento, for instance) I have those also. But I like to write in pencil or pen, jot things down, even sketch a bit, which you can't always do on your iPhone or Android. The size is handy, it fits in a small bag. I have kept diaries now for about 40 years, and I don't throw them out. It is fun to look back at the old ones to see how your life has changed over the years, what you spent for food, fuel, hotels, where you traveled, tolls, parking, clothing, doctor's appointments, etc. At the end of the year I put all the numbers in a spreadsheet for tax uses, so I still use computers, but for day to day entries, you can't beat a book a like this. It doesn't use batteries and you can take it to the beach.

I write very few checks anymore. I use a debit card quite often. This is a much more practical solution for keeping track of spending. I downloaded a few templates and that was O.K.. Still, I think this is a neater, cheaper way to go. I did need to modify the columns with a pen. It was easy to do, works better for me and hey, what do ya know! I'm balanced to the penny this month without fumbling around.

This book is very high quality and quite easy to use. I have no accounting experience but with some basic math skills and my ability to fill between the lines (thank you to all those childhood coloring books) I was able to track my finances for the past year. The only downside is it's a bit too good and I've started to question my own spending habits. It's even worse when my wife got a hold of it, that argument is still ongoing. Of course I needed the inflatable dinosaur costume, at 100$ that's a bargain, Linda.
