Great price, haven't used creatine in years. I'm a thick dude to begin with built like a brick house. I'm not a gym guy but a home workout guy. Mostly resistance bands, calisthenics and Tai chi. Wanted something to thicken my arms a bit, so giving this a try. If I reorder I'll update results
