I stayed at a friend's house and she had this blanket on the spare bed for additional warmth, if I needed it. I ended up taking the quilt off the bed and just used this. It felt so luxurious, soft and light on my skin, and kept me perfectly warm all night. It was like sleeping in the center of a cloud. I ordered one for myself as soon as I got home and I think that this is the softest blanket I've ever had! The color is beautiful too. It's like a light colored blush pink. Very classy shade.

In addition to meeting my criteria for softness based on customer reviews, initially, it was the length of the twin that appealed to me. I have slept with this blanket every night now for over a year. After using this blanket for awhile, I started to realize that many super soft blankets are cool to the touch and eventually warm up during use, but this blanket is warm even to the initial touch. It is light weight enough that I use it alone in summer. Because it feels so warm to the touch, I use it under the sheets and comforter in winter. It washes well, and the colors are beautiful. Immediatelly after buying one for me, I bought a second one for my husband. After wrapping my legs and feet in a sweater that was close by the other day and being sorely disappointed that it did not provide instant warmth like my blanket, I am going to order the throw size to use as a lap blanket in the living room and travel. My only dilemma is which color to choose. I love this blanket!

I was worried about the color; I wanted rose, not red and this is a beautiful rose shade, so it shouldn't be called "Rose Red". Next I was worried about lint and shedding; I just washed and dried the blanket and virtually no lint on my dryer screen. I am absolutely thrilled with this blanket. It is wonderfully SOFT with a velvety look and feel on one side and more of a fleecy underside..still soft and cozy. I will update this review if I experience any problem with the blanket. The color is beautiful, very soft true rose. Love it! *Just want to add that I ordered this Friday evening and it was delivered just 2 days later on SUNDAY afternoon! (regular free shipping)So, it was washed, dried and on my bed by Sunday night! Velvety, very warm and no lint on my sheets or myself.

I got one of these and I liked it so much I ended up buying 2 more. I got the twin size to use as a throw, since the dimensions of the throw are a bit skimpy. The twin size works great as a throw or a blanket on the bed. The fabric these blankets are made of is great. It is a nice weight, not too heavy but substantial, and very soft and silky. The pile of the fabric is very dense and thick. It is like an extra-thick two-sided velvet (fuzzy on both sides of the fabric.) And best of all, this fabric does not attract lint and pet hair! My 3 cats lie on the blankets all the time, and after they get up if they leave any fur it is easy to brush off with a sweep of the hand. This fabric is so much better than the older polartec-type fleece that my old blankets are made of, which are pet-hair magnets. I would strongly recommend these blanket to anyone with pets. Overall I would say that these blankets may cost a little more than the cheap fleece ones, but they are so worth it.

As I write this review I actually have my comfy throw over my lap. It is so comfy soft and affordable. It is the perfect size, it covers me from neck to toes (I am 5'9) it is not too heavy and not too light but it does hold in the body heat. A great sofa throw for napping and comfy TV watching. I have a dark colored sofa and lightened the heavy color by ordering the lavender throw. It is a muted lavendar (just right) not a shocking lavendar.

I like this product, very soft but I haven't washed it yet so hopefully that won't go away. on cold nights it is all I need along with my snowgear (snow pants and Jacket) but on warmer nights I find it a little bit too hot and end up waking up multiple times to uncover certain parts of my body from this blanket. It does it's job, but I will see how it handles being washed and used for a few months. good buy I think, got it as a gift so not sure what the price was.

Relying on the reviews, I bought this in teal and it's perfect! Great size for sleeping, luxuriously soft, love the brilliant color (just like the image). A little warm by morning, it'll be perfect for cooler weather, although not too warm for sleeping with AC. They are softer than 'The Big One' large throws but those are now way too thin to use as a blanket. I washed and dried (low temp) NO LINT, just a little fuzz after the first wash and dry. These would make ideal gifts. ADD 12Dec19: these are so wonderful, I bought one for a friend, a throw for the end of my bed where my cat likes to sleep (she gives it 4 paws and lots of purrs LOL), and am ordering one of the Christmas patterned ones to snuggle under!

The product description for this blanket mentions the word "velvet", which I immediately presumed referred to "velour", because nobody really uses velvet anymore, right? Especially not for something washable, and selling for such a reasonable price. Well let me tell you: if it's not real velvet, it might as well be! I've never felt anything so luxuriously soft in all my life! Also, it drapes like a dream when gathered and folded around corners. Yet it is still very lightweight, a perfect blanket for layering, or for use with a top sheet between seasons. If I were to complain about anything with this lovely, lush blanket, it would be that it is not lined, resulting in less softness and dull color on the underside, with the hems showing in stark contrast should you turn back the top edge when making your bed.

Excelente calidad

So, I'm a bit of a weirdo who prefers to use a thin velvet duvet rather than a fitted sheet on my bed (fitted sheets always seems to bunch up for me and become super uncomfortable during the night). I had actually intended this as a warm, oversized coverlet for my bed in winter (perfect light layer for crawling under to work / watch things on my laptop) but when my usual velvet duvet "sheet" was still in the laundry, I needed a substitute and grabbed this. The King reaches nearly to the floor on either side of my Queen bed, and tucks in with an inch to spare at top and bottom. It's like climbing into a heavenly cloud to sleep - I can't believe how luxurious it feels! The blanket is plush, wonderfully soft, and washes, dries, and wears super well. I'm about to buy a couple more because I love mine so much. Can't recommend more highly!
