How sheer is this fabric? Can you see through it if you use it to cover a green foam pad?

The fabric is not too sheer. I think it depends how dark the green pad is whether it would show through. It's good quality fabric.

Can i use this for apparal?

Yes, it's 100% cotton and although not sheer, it's pretty lightweight. And adorable.

Very good cotton fabric

Love love love this fabric; it feels so soft and comfy. I will be using it to make baby quilts; a project which I am just starting up. I only purchased 1 yard because of uncertainty so will definitely be purchasing some more yards 😍

I need two yards of this material

I love this product I ordered my first one February 26th received March 3rd I ordered two yards my grand children are going to love this ordered my second two yards of the material on March 18th and on March 25th I received only one yard but I also got charged for two yards I wanted a full two yards of the material for the back of my quilts I can't use the one yard piece of material for the backing
