If you have a Samsung Note 9 this case fits exactly like the Otter box defender. I compared the 2 side by side and they are exactly the same just no logo on this one. Phone fits perfectly in it and the case feels extremely sturdy. For the price you cant beat this case!! I'd reccomend 100% easy to install, great color, and good thickness, it seems like it will be very effective at protecting the phone.

This is a very good case, i could of got it in any color, i like black its also durable I've dropped it so many times on the back side of it the case held up very well, I like how nice it is to hole on to, it's like the grip feels good to your touch. It looks good and it functions well. Now the clip on that's about phone protection that works very good very durable and it protects that your glass of your on your phone now to me you couldn't ask for anything better. I recommend this case and clip on for everyone that's why I gave it a five-star rating well worth it.

I am HARD on phone cases. I've always bought the otterbox defender cases no matter what model phone i have because they sure can take a beating!! I beat the hell out of my last one recently and finally had to replace it so I ordered this one. I am IMPRESSED! It feels like the quality greatly improved. The case feels thicker & more sturdy, and the belt clip fits it well & is easy to pop phone in & out easily. I'm thinking this one may outlast my phone that is older than I care to admit!!

This case is kind of like thedefender but doesn’t quite match up in qulity. The plastic feels harder and not as premium, but I still think it will do its job in protecting my Note 9 from drops. It fits snugly and doesn’t feel like it’s going to pop off, which gives me some peace of mind. That said, the big win here is the price as it’s much cheaper than the name brand, so it’s a great option if you’re on a budget. Just don’t expect the same top tier feel as the Otterbox. Overall, it’s a solid value for what you’re paying.

There are not many options for a Note 9 these days. I'm a fan of Otterbox defenders but they stopped making them available. Other reviews of this case were concerning but I pulled the trigger anyway and I'm glad I did. A few months in now and I find this case to be perfectly acceptable. The outer 'rubber' is more like 'rubberized plastic' so it is stiffer and less grippy than Otterbox silicone, but its an ok substitute. The fit is good and has been stable over time. No stretching or warping. Still fits like new. As others have stated the charging port covers are stiff and require a strong fingernail to open but I think that adds a lot to the waterproof quality so I'm good with it. I've never had the problem of port covers getting torn off over time, but I know people who do, with all covers, so I think its an individual thing. There is not a screen protector other than the belt clip, but Otterbox didn't have one either so I'm comfortable with it. I do drop my phone occasionally, sometimes I pick it up expecting damage. So far this case has done its job. I would buy it again but I don't forsee a need to.

Although I was searching for specifically an Otterbox case, I saw the description had a misleading description that said Defender. On which Otterbox calls it case. You can see how easily it can be to purchase the wrong item when looking for specifics. I can feel the difference in the materials this knockoff is made from and the read deal. It does fit snug around the phone without any movement and seems a bit lighter than the real thing. The internal plastic inside the gel and the clip are definitely made from a slightly lower grade plastic. The ultimate test would be how durable it is in every day usage and wearing. An Otterbox brand carries a warrant that will cover any defect or damages due to material workmanship. I'm sure this case will not have that. As inexpensive as it is, you get what you pay for. Otterbox will also cover the damages to a phone if it is found that their product caused the damage by either a defect or faulty workmanship. It will not cover if you caused the damages yourself. I'm sure this product doesn't cover this. Ultimately, for the price comparison, this is the way to go if you are not concerned about the lesser quality and just about the style and the piece of mind that you have protection on your phone along with the cost comparison.
