Worth buying
The product is of good quality and it is as clear as water ... So please store it in a place where it could not be mistaken as water...

A super cleaner and sanitizer
Rubbing alcohol - a mixture of 70% iso-propyl alcohol and 30% distilled (or at least de-ionised) water - is a little known all-purpose cleaner which is quite popular in the US where it is widely used as a spray-on liquid against grease, dirt and so forth. It is also a powerful disinfectant. Its drawback is that it is quite inflammable, so care should be exercised when using it (and don't ingest it!). My wife insists that it is the best glass cleaner that she has ever used, and it finds numerous uses around our house - including spray disinfection of door knobs and exposed surfaces: I would certainly consider it a superb weapon of choice in the current fight against coronavirus!

It is Hydrogen peroxide not isopropyl alcohol. Do not touch.

It's good
I bought it to clean the bed of my 3D Printer and it does the job no doubt. It's good for the price for the quantity you get. Yes, the concentration will be much lower but it does the job for me.
