Tastes great hot or chilled and has many health benefits including reducing high blood pressure (you can drink too much, I think around a litre a day is the safe limit but please research this). Fab value too.

I love hibiscus tea and we drink it in my native Lebanon to help lower blood pressure. It's delicious either as a hot drink or made up as usual as if making tea, leaving it to cool then transferring it into a bottle to keep in the fridge. It's lovely and refreshing for hot summer days.

Bought this tea to help with my high blood pressure. I am drinking it once-twice a day and my blood pressure got better! It has lovely taste and many health benefits. I'm not a great fan of herbal teas but this was recommended for helping to reduce blood pressure naturally. I'm delighted to discover that it's also delicious so I won't mind swapping my normal builder's tea for this. Obviously, it does not need the addition of milk. Would recommend.

Really like the flavour of this tea. The multipack is really good value. Bought it primarily as I heard it was good to bring down high blood pressure and because it was caffeine-free. I’m very happy with this purchase.

This is one of the decent tasting teas. Don't be alarmed if your tea turns blue, as it is rich in anthocyanins (pigments). The most disappointing thing is the packaging- 5 boxes are piled together by using scotch tape, and if you try to remove it (using any possible tool or way), it tears off the protective sealing on all of them. So, you end up using one box while others are drying up. It's a recurrent theme, happens with every order.
