Sprayer stop working and is stuck is there a way to fix it?

Unfortunately I couldn’t fix it, a wasted product.

Has anyone else had issues with the bottle spraying? Bought this have not been able to get the thing you push down to spray the cologne to work.

Never had an issue with this cologne. I’ve purchased it twice. One of my favorites. I’m sure Amazon will make it right.
