Dont cheap out on horse boots!
These are awesome and absolutely worth the money. We’ve been using SHOOFLY horse leggins for several summers now, and they hold up incredibly well. They do a great job preventing painful fly bites and have noticeably reduced stomping and irritation. My horse is very sassy and manages to remove just about everything—but she cannot get these off. The fit stays secure without rubbing, and they’re clearly made to last. I tried a cheaper version once to save money, and it was a complete waste. They didn’t last and didn’t work nearly as well. Lesson learned: go big or go home. These cost more upfront, but they last multiple seasons and actually do what they’re supposed to do. I won’t buy anything else. Highly recommend.

A must have for horses in fly season!
These are the best brand of fly boots/leggings I’ve ever used for my horses. They do a great job of keeping flies off. They stay up and last longer than any others. They’re worth every penny for my horses to not be constantly bothered. They don’t need to be taken off for riding and don’t restrict movement of any type. My horses don’t try to take them off and that says a lot.

The original and still the best. my mate wears these 24/7 10 months a year. I even ride her at times without removing them. Never sags. Velcro is just the right strength. No flys.

Work well
I live these fly boots. They stay on well. They last a long time. I have 4 horses all with these boots on. None have gotten bald spots or sores from them.

Great product — highly recommend!
Great product and worth the price! Don’t buy the cheaper, off-brand version. Those sag and droop down in no time. Shoofly brand for great fit and durability for the whole season…even with daily wear!

So helpful for my equine family!
These helped my horses and donkey so much. They were bleeding from their fly bites and I applied these and left them on 24/7 and they completely healed up!! I chose orange so I could spot them in the pasture if they managed to get them off, but for the most part they stayed on without issue.

Stays up well
Wears good, stays up nice. One lost a velcro tab after only using a month. But works well for flys, so far keeps it shape, easy on and off and holds well. Still happy with purchase.
