Wheelbarrow Mixer, 6 cu ft, 115V, 3/4HP

Haven’t used it for mixing yet, seems to be a few leaks coming from the bolt holes on the drum but the motor is smooth and delivery went well.

I have a fence company and I have been using these mixers for the last seven years. I think right now I am on my fourth concrete mixer. I would estimate we mix approximately 10,000 bags of concrete before I need to replace the mixer. On a daily basis we use it to mix about five bags of concrete at a time without problems. Occasionally one of the three paddles inside will break but I keep a backup supply so I can replace them right away so it doesn’t stress the other paddles. The only other problem I’ve had is the cord separating inside the housing and so I have had to rewire the cord inside the box a couple of times. But that’s under heavy professionally daily use. I’m almost due to buy another mixer and I will buy the Kushlan again.

Makes mixing sakrete so much easier. Poured two 12"x48" foundation piers yesterday, mixing 1300ibs of sakrete. Cut the time easily in half, if not greater than half. Will be using this a lot in the next year when I build a deck around an above ground pool. The piers for that will be 16"x48", with 36" in the ground. Could have used this 5 years ago when I mixed sakrete by hand for 4 piers on a 10x16 shed.

Great Product, Great Seller, Item Exactly Like Description. Would Buy Again.

This is a great machine. I have used it to mix cement for 30 fence post holes, and it is soooo much better than mixing by hand in my wheel barrow or gorilla cart. When building a fence, there is always a chance of some adjustment to a post/hole you thought was ready to poor and set. Leaving the mixed cement in a stationary wheel barrow while you address the issue gives the cement a chance to settle out and requires another round of getting it stirred back up. With this mixer, you just let it spin, and when you're ready to fill the hole, it's ready to go. I easily saved 3 hours of labor by using this mixer on the 30 posts I've set so far. I expect it to pay for itself within just a few more fence projects. It runs smooth, moves easily even while loaded. I'm very happy with it.

First time out mixed 56 bags (60lb) of concrete went flawlessly. Started with three bags to get the handle of it, then bumped it up to 4 bags again no problem at all. I read other reviews of guys using 4-80lb bags at once at said no problems at all. So I said let’s see what it can do mixed 5 bags, no problem so I said let’s do 6 and again no problems. Even dumping that much weight the way it’s designed you’d never think it was that much. Can’t wait for the next job it’s going to be another pallet I’m sure it will work great again, it’s already paid for itself without the labor of hand mixing in a wheel barrel.

Received the Kushlan cement mixer with mis-located holes for the cement drum internal paddles. Unable to assemble and use the product. Terrible quality control! Currently working with Kushlan to replace the defective drum. Called the phone number supplied in the shipping box and emailed the requested information. Shipper (Zorro) and a photo of the machine’s serial number. Not happy. Holding up an ongoing project.

Time will tell if it holds up. used the 350 size before, it was great. had no issues assembling but they should include the gear oil with the unit...it's not a mixer until it can mix.Update: Used the mixer today. Worked great. Does exactly 4 80 lb bags and 5 gallons of water.
