It’s not a Nintendo brand. It’s been used everyday and works great with the switch and the portal to the tv. The price is right and works like the original.

Why the output voltage is shown as 5 votl /15 volt ?can i select which one to use either 5, or 15 volt ?

Our pdobq switch AC adapter support handheld mode and TV mode, when you charging with handheld mode, the output voltage is 5 volt.and when you charging with TV mode the output voltage is 15 volt. The AC adapter IC chip will Smart choose the best volt for your switch

the switch states that it could not connect to the tv please make sure you are using the adapter supplied with the console. Any suggestions?

This Adapter works perfectly for making your switch connect to TV. Most adapters are not high enough power, but this one is. I used this adapter after having the same issue as you, and now I can use it on my TV.
