Excellent syrup. I always pick monin over other brand syrup if it is available. I try to make Dubai chocolate Matcha/coffee latte at home. The sugar in syrup is not over sweet and easy to control how sweet you want to add into your drink. Good size bottle. Smell great and the color is pretty. The matcha come out so good, nutty smell from pistachio, and again no over of sweetness.

I’m honestly stunned by the positive reviews and high rating. Usually 1 star reviews are unreliable due to being dramatic but I’ll be blunt and honest. It was well packaged and shipped so I didn’t experience any damage to the bottle like other reviewers did. My issue is that this product basically has one job, and that’s to taste like pistachio. I’m not sure what it is about pistachio that makes it so difficult to capture the taste because I have seen this same issue in just about every pistachio ice cream for example, or have seen this said about other pistachio syrups. I opted for this one because of the positive reviews, and it being the more reliable brand. However it tastes like cough syrup with absolutely zero resemblance to pistachio. I mixed it with milk and made an ice coffee to see if that would change anything but all I got was an iced NyQuil latte. I also mixed it with sweetened condensed milk to recreate a pistachio topping from a local coffee shop that I like but again it just gave it a medicinal taste. It’s basically useless so I’ll be throwing it away and it looks like there’s no return policy of any kind. Perhaps it’s because of the high quality of the local coffee shop that I’m used to or because I’ve made my own pistachio flavor using straight up pistachio butter that I know what it should really taste like, and that it’s this lack of awareness that has created the positive reviews. But make no mistake if you know the taste of pistachios and are thinking of getting this, be certain that it tastes nothing like pistachio. It is a sharp bitter cough syrup that made the entire drink unpleasant.

Taste is delicious and very decadent. I am going to try a sf version but I agree with most other reviewers that it is very good.

Lovely Pistachio syrup. It's not too sweet, but a little goes a very long way flavor wise. It's so far the best I could find other than the aromatic oil, which are kind of pricey to indulge every day...and you know you need your fix every day. Also tastes amazing in matcha espresso or hot chocolate. Overall five stars! I smerk every morning on my commute, driving past the long lines at the "green cup coffee shops" while sipping on my own deluxe coffee for pennies on the dollar.

It is superb. I’ve never been dissatisfied with the taste. I love that it does not contain artificial sweeteners or colors. The bottles are glass but they do a god’s job packing and I have not had a damaged product yet. It’s on my auto ship and will be for the duration of my coffee addiction.

Very nice syrup. While I enjoy it, its not my favourite pistachio syrup. I prefer SIMPS. But this one is very good over ice cream since its quite thick. It has a nice pistachio flavour.
