Rossmann Sandwich Toaster with Waffle/Grill/Sandwich 3 Changeable Plates with Open Grill Function (Black)

The sandwich maker is good of course…all 3 plates are very easily interchangeable.. The hinges are completely openable, you don’t have to buy another open grill… And I just want to complement the customer support and the servicing team… I purchased this machine 3 years back and wanted to purchase 2 pairs of plates and reached out to the Company website and placed order with servicing team and the despatch of the plates was so prompt and quick that I was very impressed… Good equipment’s and machines is one thing but what gives you satisfaction is excellent customer support like Rossmann Thank you.

The waffle maker and sandwich maker features are easy to use, and the heating plates can be cleaned without hassle. However, the grill feature does not quite stand true to the expectations set by the other two features. It takes unduly long to grill anything. Otherwise, a great product for the price.

Great product specually for waffles Can't imagine if the plates were not detachable how they could have been cleaned , extremy easy to use and clean as the plates are detachable Waffles take min 10 min but thats ok , turn out really nice

Though the product is really good, but the service is bad. All of a sudden the device stopped working, so I reached to Amazon, they gave me a number, which was attended by a person who handles the service of this product. I made a call on May 6th. The person asked for the issue and acknowledged the issue, which they can fix. Asked me for invoice of the product to verify if its under warranty, which it is. I did share the invoice via WhatsApp to him. Post that he asked for address and after that complete silence till date. So customers be aware.

Tried today for the first time. Easy to use and clean. Tried the waffle function and enjoyed it. The bottom heats more than the top so you might need to check that while cooking

A sincere advice to anyone planning to buy this : Don't!! This stuff is absolute thrash and is a con job run by a one man shop. Purchased this product and it all looked fine , within 4 months of use this stopped working and we contacted the service line number and we were asked to pack this and ship this to the manufacturer. The person oat the other end claimed he is also the manufacturer and said he did not have any one to do this in Bangalore and has to be sent to Mumbai if it is to be repaired, though it is under 'Warranty' . He instructed us to pack every thing properly and he will send someone at his convenience to pick this up and have it repaired !! I think the name was Mr Hussain, he was rude , he told me told that the fuse may have blown out and I take this to a nearby electrician and have the fuse replaced and he will reimburse me , so much for warranty!! , When taken to an electrical shop I found this had no fuse and was directly connected to the coil Please look for a branded model elsewhere , even if that is a tad more expensive ,if you do not want the risk of seeing your money down the drain . Shocked that Amazon has such unprofessional vendors as partners . I fell for the reviews and ratings , but now I know better .. the hard way

Non sticky and easy to use. Easy to clean with cloth. Upper portion lock was little loose.

User friendly, easy to use, easy to clean. Been using this for more than a week now. I have made a total of twelve waffles, eight grilled sandwiches, and four potato sandwiches, thereby using all three plates the machine comes with. All of them turned out great once I got the timing right. A waffle takes about ten minutes, and sandwiches five. It is a definite value-for-money product and I really hope it lasts long.
