Worth the price of admission. I was skeptical about the efficacy of HMB, but Nutricost is a trustworthy brand so this would be the one to try. HMB works for me to nearly prevent delayed onset of muscle soreness (DOMS).

Please go back to the previous recipe. Half of the time I open the capsules to get it directly into my system so I definitely taste the difference in potency of the actual HMB. The previous recipe had a high amount of HMB whereas this one tastes and even looks like mostly rice flour which kind of upset me. There's definitely a decrease in potency with this recipe versus the last. And I also noticed a difference in my body with the new recipe as well. It's mostly fillers and I do not like that. Less effective. The last recipe was a solid recipe which is the one on the left in the image. This new one seems like the typical shortcut that companies try to take down the road and end up destroying what made the customers want to stay in the first place.

I can't say I got better sleep. However, I felt a slight boost in strength and endurance; other than that, there was no noticeable muscle gain. Still a good product, I guess it is a matter of how long you take it.
