Great quality-perfect tribute to/for any W of Oz fan

I got this to wear at my Mom’s funeral because she was a diehard (literally) Wizard of Oz fan. I wanted something shuttle but a sweet salute to her and add a splash of color to my all black. Great quality and super sparkly.
