I’m so glad I finally caved. The mat has a cushy surface that is enough for my knees to not hurt when I’m working out for an hour. It grips to the floor beneath it on both my area rug, my hardwood floors and also outside on my deck. It’s easy to clean too. I love having so much space to perform moves that have me rolling around and I’m on a covered surface the entire time. The only con I have is it’s big to store it when I’m not using it. But the pros totally outweigh the one con. I absolutely love this mat! Review: Not for smaller homes & hard to store - It was too big for my space and it rolled up was too big to store easily. If I had a dedicated workout space in a home where I didn’t need to store a mat, this is great and then I would have kept it as it’s very nice.

Excellent mat for Tracy Anderson Method

Great exercise mat
We bought it to use as a VR mat. Not only do we have a cushioned floor to stand on but it allows us to easily identify where we go 'out of bounds' when the headset is on. The mat does pick up dust pretty easy but I found a swiffer picks it up with no problems. Great product!
