Dodgy cartridge connector
I have bought this ink pack 3 times now and on 2 occasions the ink cartridge has not been recognised by the printer. It's a new printer and the problem has been with different colours, and when I buy another pack the next one works, so I'm sure my printer isn't the problem. Not impressed when I have to buy the whole pack again just for one colour!
