Vibration Plate Exercise Machine, Fitness Vibration Trainer

I really like this vibration plate and have been using it around 2–3 times a week. There are different levels of intensity, which is great because you can start at a lower level and increase it as you get used to it. When I first started using it, I noticed my legs felt quite itchy during or after using it, but I think my body was just getting used to the vibration. I’ve continued using it and I feel like it can be helpful for lots of things, especially as a simple way to get some extra movement into my day. It’s also nice to use while watching TV, so it doesn’t feel like too much effort. Overall, I’m happy with it and glad I purchased it.

Love this thing! All I'd say like other reviews is that there's no telling what the difference between programmes is. If I'm honest I've not a clue what's going on, I press a few buttons and stand on it! Its been really helpful for my restless legs and swelling - a bit noisy when its on and a chunky old boy, but I am glad I bought it.

Works great it helps my feet and ankles and great for if you have swollen ankles .size is perfect not that noisy easy to use and easy to adjust

Product great . Love using . Helps with my Irritable leg syndrome settles the nagging to aid a beater night sleep. Excellent for releasing muscle tension after sports and helping with moving lymphatic fluid . Use often 10-15 minutes . Comes with arm strengthening handles so can achieve all body exercises

This vibration plate is really good my sister got one and I decided I would get one. I tried another cheaper (fake one) and it was no where near as powerful as this one so I returned it and got this one that my sister has. It almost hurts from vibrations if high but in a good way. Really easy to plug in and use. I recommend it!

I was quite disappointed to find that the product came with a UK power plug, despite purchasing it on the EU site. If you're selling products to customers in Europe, it's essential that they comply with the EU power plug standards. This oversight makes it inconvenient for European buyers, and it would be great if this could be addressed in future listings

I bought this2 days back and product quality is good. Able to hold my weight(120kg) without any issue. I would say this is a good product at this price range.
