will this fit a standard circular saw?

Well, "circular saw" usually means a portable saw, like a skill saw. A 12" blade is usually too big for most such. (I do have a Makita portable that takes something like a 16" blade, but those are less common and I wouldn't call it a "standard". This blade is meant for primarily miter saws, or "chop saws". They DO make basically the same blade in a smaller version, 7" or so for "standard portable circular saws. this blade is made for cutting cementitious materials like hardie board. This works pretty well, but I try to use a shear as much as possible to try to minimize airborne dust.

Would this blade work for bamboo laminate flooring?

No. This blade was made for cement board siding ( Hardie ). Try Diablo D1216LF

Has anyone used this blade in a table saw to rip hardie siding?

I bought a10” diablo blade for my table saw but I haven’t used it yet. Sorry I couldn’t help you out. I do love the 7 1/4 “ for my skill saw, Jerry

Is this blade suitable to use for cutting fiberglass?

It could but it is an extremely expensive blade. There may be cheaper alternatives. Depending on the thickness you could get away with flipping a cheap blade over so the teeth revolve in the opposite direction. If it is thicker material you can look for a cheaper blade with more teeth. I'm sure this blade wouldn't have any trouble cutting through fiberglass if you're willing to spend the money. You may have to take your time because if fiberglass heats up on the blade too much it may gum up. Good luck.
