I read some reviews online that some had even lost some weight using this product. I can stand to lose some pounds too, plus improve my gut health.I realize that supplements generally take time to show results. I’ve only been taking this for about 5 days as of this writing. Perhaps it’s a placebo effect, but I do believe that my appetite is somewhat suppressed. I am not seeing anything yet with improvements in my knees, but I believe it is too early to see results there. This is 2025mg per serving; a lot higher than most I have seen advertised. The recommended dose is 3 capsules per day with 8 ounces of juice or water. If this works as advertised, the price is not all that bad for the 2-month supply. The capsules are not too large (1 pictured atop a US Dime), and they are easy to swallow with no stomach issues. I am still learning about collagen and its benefits, so I will leave this review at that.
