I found the pain came back quite quickly and my knees were unable to take the stairs again.So I went back to using it twice a day.This is a natural product, with no drug nor pain killers within it's ingredients. It actually lubricates the joints. You can take pain killers alongside it if needs be.For this product to work however, and to get the full benefit of it's lubricating qualities, it has to be put on a specific way. There are videos on the FlexiSEQ, website and on you tube on how to do this. It then has to be left to dry on the skin for 10 mins and be absorbed naturally without rubbing it into the skin. This is the only drawback that I found.I am really impressed with this product, so much so, I wanted to find out more about it. I found a video on how it came about that was fascinating and really worth watching. It was an eye opener.I no longer have to use it every day, only when my joints are starting to play up.
