My own failings are that I forget to use it but that’s down to me .. it is very easy to use. Perhaps if I used it consistently I would have more benefits . It promises to loosen/thin mucus in the chest making it easier to expectorate and that is a good thing if like myself you or your child suffer from a chest condition..
