I have to confess that I am a strange person who loves dying. I have found RIT to be the best brand and the range of colours is lovely. Full instructions on the web and well worth following.

This liquid dye is superior to the leading brand. The leading brand has poorer colours now and the powder form always causes issues.

I bought this version first to dye my synthetic hair, but this bottle did not work...but it did have a small hint of the colour after washing to be fair. So after doing more Youtube research on dying synthetic hair, I later bought the 'Synthetic' version to dye synthetic hair. As Youtubers had shown the great results they got. So I went ahead and bought the Synthetic Rye Dye... done a test strand by boiling hot water and tried it in different ways; on the stove so the temp reached a really hot temp to allow the dye to penetrate and also with hot water poured in a tinting bowl, but the Kanekolon hair which had a base colour of mid light brown (30), did not dye at all. I will just use the bottle if for my faded out Blue clothing instead.

This was third time lucky for us! Daughter was desperate to dye her build a bear frog as a project and after two failed attempts and lots of research, this one was a success.

This product was very effective for tiedying a dress which turned out well using the Washing machine method

My favourite dye brand and their liquid dyes have always given me the best outcome. As long as you are able to follow the instructions carefully (including adding salt and a small amount of dishwashing liquid to your dye bath), you should get great results.
