**Q: Does it come deflated?**
A: Yes.

**Q: I bought this and it is very bumpy at the seams.  Can someone tell me why or how to fix it?**
A: Sound like a Defect.  If it is just surface bumpy sand paper.  Mine doesn't have that.  But if it is stitching your going to have to live with it or return it if you can.  Stitching will probably end up failing on not hold air

**Q: what color is this ball? The thumbnail picture and larger picture are different. I'm hoping it's black like in the larger photo**
A: White, with green and black stripes

**Q: How do I inflate the ball ?**
A: Ball Care:
• Inflate to 9.5 psi using a hand pump
• Prior to training or match, use a soft cloth, light detergent and warm water to remove dirt and residue from your rugby ball. This ensures that the grip remains in prime condition for maximum length of time.
• Store in a dry environment
