I was pleasantly surprised! I live somewhat out in the country, and have spotty cell phone coverage, so I wasn't sure if I could pull in a radio station with this radio. It pulls in several stations quite clearly, with the antenna! The sound is good, and can be turned up loud enough for me to hear it in The next room! I listen to it every morning for about an hour, and most evenings, and have yet to change the batteries. I've been using this radio for a few weeks now. Its a great size (about the size of a smaller smart phone), and easy to throw in a backpack when I go camping. I'm considering buying more for family members. Great value overall! Update 4-24-21: So I've been using this radio daily for a little over a year now. It's still running strong. I've only had to change the batteries 4 times, which is impressive with the amount of hours I use it each week. The stations come in great, even after my grandson broke the top section of the antenna off. I would definitely purchase this radio again! Review: Good Little Radio - I take this cute little radio to the gym and listen through earphones while I'm on the treadmill or stationary bike. The reception and sound are good. It's small and easy to carry around. It didn't cost much, so if it does get broken or lost it won't be a big deal. I like it! ## Features - Compact and Easy to Use Design: Powerbear’s handheld transistor radio was designed to be an on-the-go radio that is small enough to be with you anywhere.
