It's so versatile...you can use it for any baked goods that you want a nice lemon flavor. I love that it comes in a glass bottle. You get what you pay for, but I feel this is a good value because of the quality! I also use the almond flavor when I want to make Cranberry Almond Biscotti.

I love this Lorann lemon baking emulsion. I use it for making biscotti. I just use a teaspoon and it flavors the whole batch beautifully. It's so versatile...you can use it for any baked goods that you want a nice lemon flavor. I love that it comes in a glass bottle.
