I was looking for a jockstrap that was large enough in the pouch to accommodate a well-endowed fellow like myself. Some of the others just don't seem big enough. This one is perfect! I chose according to my normal pant/underwear sizing, and it fits perfectly. The boys are secured but not squished. It is just the right amount of support. Movement while wearing these is not completely restricted, but definitely locked down more than regular underwear. This is exactly what I was looking for in a jockstrap, as I do cardio and run fairly often. I haven't ran a long distance in these yet, but I've played around enough at home, without shorts on and with shorts on, to know that this will be perfect for running. You can't see anything with shorts on. It's reduced the profile of my package so that I'm not concerned about thinner/more comfortable shorts at the gym.
