**Q: What batteries does it take?**
A: 3AAA batteries

**Q: Is lamp removable from headband**
A: You can't actually slide it off, but there's a split at either side of the fastener behind the torch.  I haven't tried it but you might be able to work the strap through the gap.  You could then take the torch off.

**Q: how bright is it?**
A: Bright enough to see inside a dark tunnel. The beam focussed more where I was looking as I had it on my forehead. It was good light.

**Q: How many lumen is the light?**
A: I don’t know the answer, sorry.
