Review: A must for travel! - Great product! Hubby travels for work and takes these all the time. Easy to swallow because you can either let them dissolve in your mouth or chew them up. Taste like those Flintstone vitamins when you were a kid! No side effects. I haven't really noticed an odor. Texture is like a melt-away tablet. We take them on vacations too and it really does help keep the ick away!

**Q: What specific ingredient in this produces a feeling of increased energy?**
A: Hi Bibliophile777 - the only supplement that I find in Airborne that would give an energy boost would be the magnesium but the daily dose needs to be around 300-350 mg per day to make a difference & Airborne only has 40 mg.  Airborne also does not have any of the more common energy boosters like B6, B12, L-Carnitine, Biotin, Guarana just to name a few. Since you have experienced a "positive" taking Airborne, I wish I knew what that ingredient might be because you could bottle it and help millions of people. If I find any info, I will post it. **Q: How is this compared to the original dissolve in water version?**
A: The one which dissolve in water are mainly for when you have symptoms of a cold.  I take the chewables everyday and feel like they help me stay ahead of colds.

**Q: Is it really 116 count?**
A: Although I've never counted them, I believe what is stated on the bottle.  We swear by this product.  We take one before going out in public and one when returning home.  Haven't had any sign of a cold or flu in 5 years.

Great product! Hubby travels for work and takes these all the time. Easy to swallow because you can either let them dissolve in your mouth or chew them up. Kidding, I know they aren’t candy, but they really are tasty. Also I have no idea if they will prevent you from becoming ill, but the vitamins and minerals are still good for you.
