Review: If you're struggling, read this quick. - This is my crutch! The stuff really clears up brain fog and gives you proper energy. Originally I was recommended to take 3 pills in the AM and 3 in the PM but since it's a bit expensive I cut it to just 3 pills in the morning. This still works just fine, although I do use CBD and a strategic dose of coffee to max focus and lower anxiety. If you add in some high quality DHA fish oils, everything in the brain seems to simply run smoother! The only negatives would be that I (personally) experience withdrawal like symptoms if I miss a dose, especially two. Other negative is that it is a bit expensive. Overall amazing and worth it! My recommendation for anyone struggling: get yourself an all around allergy panel, see what you might be sensitive or allergic to, and then get a stock of 5HTP, DHA fish or krill oil, Magnesium glycinate, CBD and good coffee. From here, other things fell into place for me! I sleep better, eat normal portions and no longer get bloated constantly. I feel happier, more confident and more productive and it all keeps cycling!

I figured I would get the same benefits. I thought this just cost more for the convenience of both supplements in one tiny pill (and it IS convenient!). But I guess there is another reason this costs more. I don't know what, maybe fresher or more bioavailable? But the alternate stuff I bought did not work. I took it for a month and the whole time I was at odds with my spouse, feeling hurt or irritated by everything he did. I switched back to this and by the second day I was cheerier and calmer and we were getting along fine again. So I think it is worth splurging on the good stuff. This is my crutch! The stuff really clears up brain fog and gives you proper energy.
