I love making hand made bread and I don't like using a stand mixer. I used to use wooden spoons and spatulas to mix dough, but then I found this dough whisk. It's really sturdy and holds up to tough doughs. It doesn't tire out your hand while kneading if you learn how to handle it. I like the wooden handle instead of plastic or metal since it is light as well as strong. The whisk bends, but stays tight throughout the kneading process, so there is no fear of breaking or over bending. It also rolls great when trying to do edge kneading. The dough scorer comes a blade attached and covered with a leather sheath. It also has the same form of wodden handle that is also smooth and no rough edges just like the whisk. The scorer comes with a 5 pack replacement blades.
