No problems so far. Love the spring assist makes the knife quick and easy to open. ### ⭐⭐⭐ beware of the spring assist *by J***N on March 19, 2015* originally i purchased this knife at my local sporting goods store. and i really loved it. the best spring assist i have on any knife! and its an Mtech which is a very cheap brand in comparison to kershaw or kabar. anyways i liked the knife so much i decided to get a second one to have as soon as the first one gave out (if it ever goes out that is) well the knife i got from amazon is exactly the same in the looks department, however the spring is really bad. awful. weak. upon closer inspection i noticed that the amazon knife is the the mx-a812sw, while the knife from my sporting goods store is the mx-a812sw-so. i wonder if that makes a difference on the spring but they look exactly the same!! i believe amazon got a hold of mtechs defective knifes or something cuz this is one let me down.
