While most pouchs are molded or stitched to fit around the entire package, these are made with a pouch for only the penis. Its quite odd at first, but you soon get used to the more natural angle of having your twig not crushed up against your berries, and I've come to call it the *ahem* bra. You barely notice you are wearing them, unless you happen upon an angle where its pressing your tip into your pants as you walk.The fabric is quite thin and extremely soft, when slipping your third leg into the pouch there is a chance you'll be filling them out for a few minutes.
