Other companies could learn a thing or two! Amanda was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. I will definately be buying again and already have my eye on a few other designs and hope she continues to bring out new ones. The cross stitch itself is straightforward and easy to do - the chart is nice and clear and the colours are good.
