It could make the 38 degree bend but it also added a slight horizontal offset which ever way I tried to combine the different angled sections. In the end I used the "standard" Promenaid 32 degree fixed bend and cut 3 degree angles on the two tubes to make up the difference. This worked perfectly and the end result is a strong and attractive handrail with a smooth-looking transition between the sloped and level sections. Review: Looks great but somewhat different to obtain the exact angle. - Great looks and function.
