However, while the product description for this griddle says it has ridges, the photo does not show them, and when it arrived, this model with the silicon handles has none, so perhaps the product description should be modified. At the end of the day, I decided that cleaning may be easier without ridges and I love the handles for color and convenience, so I'm happy! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love Love LOVE!!! *by M***E on September 25, 2014* I am in LOVE with this grill!!! Extremely light weight, nonstick & I MEAN nonstick! Tonight I grilled pork chops (6 at one time!) & had to leave for a few hours before I could clean up. When I got back to clean it there was no food was stuck on it, it came RIGHT off with no effort at all. The heat also distributes very well. As I said I grilled 6 chops so two of them were not on a burner & they cooked perfectly! Plus the grill marks! Beautiful grill marks!!!! Stop searching and buy THIS grill!!!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product; performs as advertised *by C***N on February 24, 2019* I washed the griddle when it came. The water beaded up on the surface. I have used it once, cooking french toast. The directions said to not use anything like spray or oil, so I didn't, and the french toast didn't stick. After it cooled, I cleaned the surface with just water. there was a bit of the FT batter on the surface which came off with a gentle rub of a Dobie pad. -- Update. I have continued to use it and like it. I'm using butter with eggs and french toast because it works better. It says that might impair the non-stick surface. I figured I could live with that risk. It does try to spread the heat out evenly. It's not perfect, but no two-element griddle would be. You just have to balance the settings on the two elements.
