**Q: Is it safe to keep it on for long periods of time.**
A: Yes, but if you worry it, you can remove the skull first, then unplug the power adapter on daytime.

**Q: Mine doesn't spin, he constantly faces the wall. We've spun the base and removed all objects, but still all i get is the back of the head. Any ideas?**
A: Please turn off the power, let the base cool for 5 minutes, then turn the power back on, and float the skull again, it will spin.

**Q: Does the magnet have to be over the center perfectly? Thank you.**
A: Pretty much yes it does comma and what you but after you hit or miss a few times you'll get it it just how do I explain this it's basically the height not necessarily being centered but the height easier off the top of the magnet period to do what I'll show you keep practicing you will get it you'll get so good to the point where only takes you a couple of seconds to get it to balance and rotate ... well the video didn't go as planned but it gets easier after you practice.

**Q: Is there a simple way to make this thing work before I smash it and send it back to the manufacture**
A: I honestly made it work twice... been sitting on the shelf every since.. can't make it work again.. it's a game now for guests.. you win $50 if you can get it to levitate... let's just say I still have the $50.... SMDH

In dark, this product looks very cool. The space between skull and base is more than 0.5 inch and less than 0.75 inch. I got 2 of them and neither worked......well the 1st one floated the skull the very first time I placed it and it was the coolest. . removed floating skull and it never floated again 2nd one floated the first time my son opened and placed it.. he removed the floating skull until I got home and it never floated again I really really wanted to like this item but what's to like if it don't work.... now I am skeptical about purchasing anything that floats a magnet. the concept is very cool ....the design is very cool the fact that it's Chinese garbage that does not work.....very very disappointing and UNCOOL
