A: No you can breath through your mouth or your nose. It’s just easier if you are a mouth breather.

**Q: Is this the plastic peace?**
A: This is the piece that goes next to your face. There is another plastic piece that attaches to this. This piece is called a cushion.

**Q: What are the actual size dimensions/measurements, or how could I know which size to purchase?**
A: If you're a man or a woman with larger features, both should likely go for the large.
They actually make the Large slightly too small in my view, I'm a big guy, so you should be fine with the large.

**Q: We purchased the medium and felt like it was too small. We ordered the Large and it is the exact same size as the medium. Why would this be the case?**
A: Hello, customers should order the size of their previous mask. If you are switching mask you will need to contact your physician for a proper fitting.
