There is a pass thru that is in high traffic area and I thought it would be nice to use a matching piece but I didn't want to spend a lot of money as I expect it to get dirty quickly and need replacing. I thought that this would be worth a try. It went on fairly easily and looks just fine. I don't expect that it will last long since it is only glued on but I have had no issues so far and it has been on a few months and is walked on daily. I was pleased to recieve the expected 25ft in one long piece, since older reviews had claimed they weren't getting the right length or it was coming in multiple pieces. Installation was easy enough. I followed the video directions on Instabind's website since no instructions came with the binding. I was worried about matching the color, but the binding color was pretty true to the image above. Definitely use hot glue to attach. The adhesive is more to just help you place the binding in the right spot. The bottom step carpet is the one I cut and used this binding on.
