## Questions & Answers

**Q: is there a way to put a tiny lock on it, like a luggage lock?**
A: We added a tiny lock. It hangs down past the box but still works. We used bread bag tie wires to  make two loops - one through the tip of the closure and one through the wood under the clasp. We poked through the wood with a thumb tack and poked the wire through. The two loops in the lock hold it closed.

**Q: Do these boxes need to be sanded prior to painting or staining?**
A: No. They are unfinished.

**Q: Has anyone ever tried wood burning or wood carving with these? Do you think it would work?**
A: I think burning would work but too thin to carve.

**Q: Are we aloud to use this to package a product being sold**
A: No it’s a wood box

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tiny craft chests

These are perfect little chests for my escape room kits I'm making for my family for Christmas and will have on my Etsy store, (TLC by GiGi). *Picture: Posting pic is exactly what they are *Size: The size is just a .1 longer and .1 taller *Weight: They are very lightweight due to the balsa wood *Metal: The metal is actually really nice! The latch locks closed tightly. *Price: A little more than what I wanted to pay. These are $1.46 per unit, (sale price of $17.49) and I can get the same little chest actually a little larger chest at Dollar tree for $1.25 each. The cost of these should be more around $1 per each max. While they are well made, they are more expensive than I really want to spend on them so I'm not sure I would order again ONLY due to the price (even on sale at $1.46 each).
