Ive been using the premium but want a larger bottle with pump.** A: I have not tried the premium so I really don't know. But I can tell you that the Black Label is out of this world good. Rice milk can be used too, as it doesnt have a or add a flavor according to my taste buds. I would heat some ghirardelli up in a pot and experiment with milk products. It's not too sweet and very chocolaty. A little goes a long way. This big bottle needs a pump, and it doesn't come with one, but that isn't a problem for us. We don't need the pump because we keep the large bottle in our garage refrigerator and pour from the large bottle into a small jar we keep in the main refrigerator. When it's cold, it's thick, like the consistency of soft peanut butter. This is also not a problem as it isn't as messy and it's easy to scoop out of the jar with a spoon.
